Biblically based weight loss

I have been feeling convicted about my weight and that I am being gluttonous, I am also feeling that the Lord wants me to be involved with a Christian weight loss support group/system. Does anyone know of any books or studies that are meant for a group setting? I want to aproach my pastor about one but I need something to bring to him.

TIA

I've never heard of such!!

But, hey, if it can help support people in a new way to loose weight AND grow spiritually at the same time, I think that is pretty cool.

Go for it!
