Best Park in El Paso

I'm sure some might know this, but we found that White Spur park off of Doniphan is a great park for kids. Over head shade and age appropriate equipment.

Hey Tash, go down I10 toward New Mexico, take the Mesa Exit after sun land park. Take a left under the overpass and go to Doniphan. Take a left and the next light, take a right and another quick right. Then you'll see it. Bring some OFF with you.

Haven't been to that one yet! The kids and I just discovered Mission Trails park after we left piano lessons today. It is over in Kern and has those overhead shade thingys!

Barbara's not kidding about taking insect repelliant!! The mosquitos have been fierce with all of the rain!! They are constantly swarming my back porch these days. We are considering going and getting some of those bamboo torches and filling them with something to repell the bugs.

Peace,

Kimberly we will take a "trip" there when the weather cool! It is a great place - lots of fun and by a fire house too!!

It is always an added bonus when the trucks leave the house!

Kind of goofy, but an alternate to OFF is a dryer sheet tucked in your collar. For some reason, insects can't stand it. Off course, it will not be enough of a sheet to protect your legs if you're wearing shorts.

Kimberly, Where is mission trails park?
