i am in lee's summit. i can't knit b/c it hurts me, but i would love to be in a book club. i have two dd's. lmk more about that

Well, I'm putting an ad in my neighborhood flyer to gauge interest.

I'm at around 135th and Quivira. I'm at home Wed, Thurs, and Friday. I'm thinking I'd host and that the knitting group would be weekly (btw, I'm not a great knitter; I only recently learned) and the book club (for girls 3-5) would be monthly.

Any suggestions or interest? Days of the week?

Wednesday or Friday mornings would work for us for either group. I could host here as well if it gets off the ground. The book club for that age sounds so cute. What a great idea.

No one is ever near me. lol I'm in East Central Kansas about 100 miles from KC and Pittsburg. I'm in Burlington, 60 miles south of Topeka on 75.

One of these days I will find someone within an hours drive of me. lol

I've been through Burlington several times....I think it's about an hour and a half from me.
