Needlebook Swap Sign Up Thread. **CLOSED** Ship September 18th
This is a great newbie swap, all swappers send to me, then I send out groups.
Each participant will make needlebooks for the number of those signed up, send to me, then I will divide them into groups once they get here and ship them out and each participant will have that many needlebooks (*that* many being how many sign up LOL)
This is easy to do, a quick search online will find pictures of all kinds of needlebooks for inspiration...here's a link to one example: http://simplesparrow.typepad.com/sim...book_or_e.html
although, most I see have "pages" to slip the needles in.
Whatever style you choose, is fine!
Sign Ups will go until the spots fill up OR the 22nd of August.
I am opening groups of three, and we'll take as many groups as we can fill I'm hoping something simple like this will entice newbies and lurkers

That looks really complicated to me, Tuesday! I guess I'm too chicken to try this one. Plus I'm not sure what I would do with 1 of them much less 5 or 10. My hand-sewing needles are stuck every which-way in the strawberry part of my pincushion I had from when I was a child. And my sewing machine needles are kept in their respective holders until in use or broken - snapped into multiple pieces because I'm not careful enough with my machine. Broken needles happen on a regular basis.
Just didn't want your post to go reply-less, so I had to add my very few cents here. Though lots of words. Lots. Because if I don't then my mod-tag etc will overwhelm what little gems of wisdom I might impart. or something like that.
I just never seem to be able to type quite enough to have the message dominate those tags. I tried earlier this week, but no go. Juliebelle caught me out. Maybe this time I will be successful!

And I would really love to do this,

Sorry I'm late replying to you mama LOL...things were hectic through the weekend, and into the week here too (clearly ROFL)
As long as you don't have any outstanding transactions, there's no trouble, especially since you are sending to me, then I divide, kwim?
