How about a patchwork tablecloth

I stalked that cover from an ebayer who specifically makes them for Marathons and one other car seat I waited like 2 months for it to be in her store again and it was expensive. But he loves it.

Ditto. and you're not a moron at all - sewing or otherwise!

I'd turn-and-topstitch too, 'cause it's easier for me than binding. But it'll look nice whichever way you do it!

I say screw sewing them. Get some contact paper, and sandwich the panels between 2 layers. Cut out neatly - no fraying, and easy to wipe down if you want to use them again.

Aww - what a great pic, Allison! You get the best shots. I'll miss seeing Kian's beautiful eyes, though

And, I like the way you think

LOVE the patchwork table cloth idea (but you know me and table cloths lol), LOVE the contact paper idea (you could use pinking shears to cut the fabric), and I also really like the banner idea, but Sandi has me on making these name banners right now lol.
