Raglan sleeve/baseball T for teens pattern?

Does anyone know of a pattern they'd recommend for a baseball t-shirt (raglan sleeve) for teen girls? Ideally there'd be some shaping through the waist instead of straight down, and I want to make it out of t-shirt weight fabrics - stretch instead of woven. And I'd prefer a one piece sleeve instead of two.

I did find Kwik Sew 3120 at sewingpatterns but it was described as boxy.

Thank you

Rhea

Did you see kwik sew 2894? I know its a boys pattern but maybe a little altering the pattern and it could work.
