Amy aka Breila makes them... Daydream Creations Online Shop

I see she has none in her store, but she is a mama here and would probably be more than happy to work with you.

How soon do you need them?
This is a pretty simple pattern - they spell it out beautifully for you. It looks like a beginner could manage it - all straight lines. (I LOVE straight lines!! lol)
I've made them for regular crayons before - never a double one for stick and block crayons though.
If you get in a real bind, I may be able to help.

I could whip one up for $8 plus shipping, just let me know. I am new here, but I have feedback elsewhere (DSD, SewingMamas(maybe have some there)). Also, to see some of my sewing (a crayon roll is on there, but obviously different than the one you want) I can give you the addy to my blog: three ws dot stilling dot blogspot dot com

Sonya is right - that's a very simple pattern so if I were you I'd give it a try! In fact, I'm going to make some for my girls, so lmk if you have trouble.
