Turkey shirts for the boys and a skirt for me sns

I wanted to make special shirts for the boys but was short on time so I decided to make appliques to put on a couple of thier shirts that needed rescuing. lol Conor's is an old nay tank top that has a hole near the bottom hem, so I put the applique down there and Kallan's shirt had some awful stains so I lwi dyed it and then put the applique on.

Next is a new skirt for me. I got the fabrics from JA when the quilters prints were 50% off to try this pattern out. It is a ks pattern I have used before but had never tried the longer version and I love it. I think I actually like it better than the shorter one.

Thumbs up the pattern

Thanks for the pattern #. Probably won't get into sewing till after Christmas. I hoped my new sewing room would be finished by now...but... We can always think faster than we can work and then yesterday my husband tangled with the table saw. A few stitches and he will be fine in a few days. I appreciate your offer for advice and will surely take you up on it if I run into a problem making the skirt. mamanell

I agree! Your boys get cuter and cuter every time you post pictures of them

And that skirt is very flattering on you

He does have a ton of hair and dh and I don't want to cut it. I keep his bangs trimmed so he can see, but that is it so far.
