first time

I just sewed 7 slings and put them on ebay for my time. I'm so excited i hope they sell i really need the cash. Oh and I also made some wool soakers out of the old sweaters i had. they turned out really cute, my kids fighting over the one i made for them. I made them each a pair of wool sweater pants... do you think if treat them with lanaline SP i could send them outside to play in them? you know in the snow, for just a short time? we'll see. Where's the best place to get wool soap and lanaline. I bet if I knew how to say the darn word I could spell it, LOL. thanks for all the help with the instructions and everything.

Any ideas on what to do with the left over wool from the sweater? i really want to use all of it. I tried mittens, but they didn't turn out to good. maybe i should use a pattern, hee hee. any ideas would be great. thanks in advance.

I hope everything goes well for you on ebay. Can we see pictures of the wool sweater pants? Sounds like a great way to recycle! I think the word you're looking for is lanolin.

Oh, doesn't your daughter look so happy, snuggling next to her mama?!

Good luck on ebay!! Lanolin is pretty expensive imo. I either got the Lansinoh stuff for breastfeeding mothers at target or grocery stores, or you can get it online too.
I got some really awesome wool wash from a mama who runs www.northernessence.com
