i made a custom made skirt for a mama for a 40.00 swap at amity. (she picked the colors and style of skirt and i made it just for her-but she didn't pick specific fabric, just gave me a bunch of guidelines/ideas of what she likes) it is fully lined and it turned out great. is it worth 40??
i put 20.00 into supplies alone-i usually don't do that, i usually only make from what i have in my stash so i don't feel like i spend money LOL

I would think so because of the time you put into it too..... and it's sounds like it is a "custom job." No way can you walk into a RTW store and get a custom lined skirt for $40.

i don't want you to think i am upset about the fabric. i didn't really have much in the way of muted colors, lol, my girls are BRIGHT and pink and everything you said wasn't really you. lol, give em a couple of years. and i got an excuse to buy fabric, who wouldn't love that?!?!
