Well we adopted an 11 month old minature dachsund a Wed night. She was a sweetheart covered in fleas and longing for love.. Her family had put her in the yard with another dachsund female.. The mom said she needed to get rid of one as she was due to have her 4th baby. She said she was current on all shots and heart worms etc.. well WRONG>>. I called all the vets and she only had her new puppy shots when she got her. Anyway I got rid of the fleas, she is heart worm negative.. She is pretty well house broken and I have her crate trained at night.. She is such a loving lil gal at 10 lbs. She loves our family.. She does not like the cat outside.. .... She was fed scraps so I have had trouble with her not wanting to eat dog food.. But she is doing better with that.. Thursday night she had a rough night. Fever and OH NO she is in heat.. I cut up good diapers and tied them up to make them work.. NOT REAL GOOD.. so Friday I went to the petstore and got a doggie diaper. Well heck it was 20.00. You put panty liners in it,, Now she is happy.. Well I needed a few more but was not about to spend that sortta money right now with school starting.. So I cut and measured and here is what I came up with. I plan to offer these on my site soon. But I need some more fur mamas to test for me.. I need a bigger and smaller if possible.. We could test one for fit, but our adopted girly was spayed, so function would be out... If thats okay, or you cant find anyone else let me know She is a rat terrier, about 26 lbs

i have a spayed dog as well that could test fit. she is a 60/65 lb boxer mix
i know Chappy breeds their snauzer so you might pm them

OH wow I just got the coolest lime green paris poodle print I can't wait till it is finished washing and drying..... I need some white fold over elastic.. ANyone have any to sell.
Those diapers are adorable. I bought the denim one and yours are so much cuter! The denim one also ended up giving my dachsund a UTI. My girl is rather low to the ground and a bit overweight. Yours look like they fit very nicely and allow for air to get in. Nice job.
Mini Dachsunds are the best pets so smart. Sometimes a bit bossy but so lovable. Good luck with your new pet and your diapers.
