Can you help me find a pattern for a nightgown? (very specific)

I need an easy-peasy nightgown pattern for a 6 year old girl.

It has to have a rounded neckline - no buttons or ties in the front - no ruffle around the front - no collar.

It needs puffy sleeves - gathered at the top and with elastic around the biceps with a little ruffle that hangs down.

And, it needs to have an empire waist line and a straight hemmed bottom.

Pull-over style a MAJOR plus, but I can do zippers and buttons (just would rather not).

It's for a Wendy costume (From Peter Pan)

do you think a simple peasnt type shift would work?

Maybe not. I found one that would be perfect! Kwik sew 3105 Sewzanne's has it. it's all the last one on the girl's page. All you would have to do to alter it is make the sleeve shorter adn leave off the bottom ruffle.

I would love to do Peter Pan one year but this one Ds has request to be a transformer. fun fun fun. WE have started on it already. ugh
