Talking PJs by Pam... & SnS of tiered skirt.. :D

I traded Pam some fabric for these PJs. My camo loving 6yo LOVES them!!

My 5yo wants some now.. And i just got some pink camo in today





Arent they cute??? It is hard to get a pic of him by himself without the camera hog jumpin in there.. LOL!! She loves it!

Almost forgot to add pics of this skirt I made my camera hog last night. SUPER easy!

She wore that skirt from the moment she got up *I made it LATE last night* to the moment when she HAD to get dressed for their t-ball game.... I washed it when I finally peeled it off of her and it held up!! YAY!! It is a knit too..

These camo pjs look like RTW too so professional PAM!

The funny thing is I used a PLATE as my circle to cut the hole. I cut on the fold of the fabric so I had a big doughnut shape when I was done. I just used 1/2 the plate for a semicircle on the fold.. make anysense? LOL!!

Instead of putting both layers and the waist band together to serge like one of the sewalongs. I cut the two circles the exact same width and put a 3" long piece of this fabric together with the first layer and waistband and then I serged the SECOND section of the skirt to the bottom of the 3" piece. make sense?

Unfortunately Pam, most days the "sweet" moments are few and far between. With school out for 5-6? weeks now They are driving each other crazy... and guess who that drives crazy right with them>??? :P
