Sewing mamas!Calling all AmityMama's who like to sew! Do you make quilts, clothes, diapers, bags? Do you love to run your fingers through fiber? Can't get enough just sewing, but want to talk about it too? Come on in!
I left the elastic out of the waist so I can put in as much as I need. It's stretch poplin. I topstitched in black before I put the transfer on, and I was thinking the speckles on the flowers were black, but there's really no black at all in the transfer, so I'm trying to decide if I should take out the topstitching and just use pink or white. I had planned a black top and black sandals to go with it.
That is so pretty! I sure wish I had something like that when I was post partum -- would have perked me up a little

I like it just like it is.. If it reallly bothers you then take a perm. marker and color just a tiny bit of black on the lil middles of the flowers. Honestly I would just wear it like it is and you will be beautiful..
Renee
What a pretty post partum gift for you.
It's going to be lovely on. I like the black top stitching. I really doubt anyone will notice but you, that the flowers don't have black y/k?
Thanks. I'll have to see what it looks like w/ the black top and shoes, maybe that will help pull it all together in my head. If not, I'll add some sharpie dots! Great idea!
Renee I really like it! I think black would look great actually! I like the sharpie idea and I have done that myself when I had to touch something up LOL
