OMG OMG OMG USPS just delivered the box FEDEX lost! LOL

OMG OMG OMG. I swear... I am so freaking ridiculously giddy right now!

Remember my Fedex fiasco with them losing over 100.00 worth of HTF Baby Nay and one yard of Munki Calypso????

Well Caroline had talked to a nice person at fedex who told me to print up ebay pages with what I had and fax them in. I hadn't gotten around to it yet, becuase I have been so busy. And my printer doesn't work and have no fax access...
So I just yesterday told her to just submit the claim with the paypal invoice and I would just deal with the fact I wouldn't be able to get enough to replace it.

Well, a package just arrived. It was USPS. I was surprised as I had no idea what I possibly ordered. By the thump, it sounded big. SO Hannah dragged it in the room and oh my goodness! It is from Caroline!

So fedex lost my package.... and usps delivered it???????

What would happen if the claim was already started and they had mailed me a check? Woudl I get to keep it for emotional distress? LOL

I am so oooooo happy!

Woohoo! Glad you finally got it, but how did USPS ever get their hands on it? It would be interesting to know that package's journey...

The parcel companies contract with USPS for those services.

I'm so glad it arrived. I had a package show up almost 2 months after it was mailed one time. I'm so glad you got the fabric though since it would have been hard to replace.

well we never fininshed the claim so that won't be happening! LOL But, I was just wondering what happens if you do get your money and then your package shows up after.

You'd have to pay it back, otherwise it's insurance fraud.

But that's great. However thtat's just weird that it was shipped fedex and arrived by USPS, really weird, lol?

Woohoo! So glad that your package finally showed up.

Not surprised about the delivery though. I have YET to get a package shipped through FedEX be delivered to this house by the FedEX guy since we moved in 7 months ago. It's always been a secondary USPS mail carrier (not my regular carrier). Guess FedEX don't actually deliver to my neighborhood. Which isn't in the middle of nowhere either.
