S~n~S the first thing that will touch our new babe.
Awhile ago I asked for input on what special thing I could sew to take to the birth w/ me. Someone suggested a snuggly sherpa blanket to wrap baby in when he comes out of the water, and I thought that was a perfect idea.
The sharks and snuggly yummy sherpa are both from Sewzanne's. I chose the sharks because we're planning a water birth, and I like the symbolism of sharks; strong, fighters. Exactly what everyone hopes their new baby will be: a strong healthy little fighter. I added a snuggly hat lined with sherpa just for fun.
