S~N~S Joined the bandwagon on Shirring. Paige wearing her new summer top

I finally got a chance to try out the shirring last night and made my daughter this top and headband.

Paige loves this top and has made plans for more. She's picked out all her fabrics this morning (just like her mother, she loves to pet the fabrics too ) for her summer tops.

Becky~It's the whole width of the fabric and I measured 14" for the length. You can get away with 1/2yd or 3/4yd if you want the headband too. I made made 4 double rows of shirring, so there is space in between (approx. 1"), kind of giving a puffing effect.
