DNS x 2 - PRR soccer and dyeable stripes... 2 colors

OK, the first one is what I dyed with 2 pkgs of royal blue Dylon dye in my washing machine. I think it turned out really nice. PRR soccer and the dyeable stripes from Allison. I really wish I had gotten more of the stripes, because this has a LOT of potential... I have about 5 more yards undyed, but I wish I had gotten even more.

This next set is what I dyed with Dylon navy. Again, I had 2 pkgs of dye in my washer. I had a LOT of fabric in there. I also dyed a white sweater that I love, but had a stain on the front. Turned out so pretty. I love the denim blue color that everything took on. Again... stripes - love them. PRR soccer. There is also a small piece of white ribbing that I dyed up to use with the stripes, and also a piece of french terry I threw in as well.

I love those colors. I think the stripes look better with the soccer than the coordinate from PRR.

Wow, that Royal blue is much lighter than I thought it would be. The package looks pretty dark. I'm glad I got to see results of the color! I like the way it turned out.

I think they would have been darker if I hadn't used the washer and put so much in. I only used 2 pkgs for a wsaher load... and I had probably 2 y of the soccer and 2 yds of the stripe, then I had another yard and a half of french terry (which I later redyed the navy, so I showed it with that). So, there was a lot of fabric in there, and I had more water than I needed, too. But i like the colors that I got.

You guys think the stripes would look ok for a shirt with the soccer for the shorts? The soccer is ripstop... I wasn't sure if the stripes would look ok or not.
