I hate it when I have outfits cut out, no car and need notions to begin sewing!!!! Tom is still at work with the car and I need some more elastic thread. Can't sew until I get it and at this rate it won't be till tomorrow unless he gets home in the next hour......

Dontcha just hate when this happens?! I wanna get started. I got an outfit in my head for Summer and a suprise gift for a mama on here. HURRY home already!!!!!

Thankfully I get my elastic thread at Walmart for 99 cents, THEY ARE open 24 hours! But we live in BFE, in the country, and the closest one is about 20 miles......but if I need it that badly, guess I can trek my happy butt on out there....lol

I just ran out of 3/4" elastic and I have all my machine threaded in red. I need to finish the shorts I have cut out so I don't have to rethread everything. I either have to use 1/2" or 1" or drag the twins out some place. Dh is in Boston but he's supposed to be home at 10pm tonight. Won't do me much good tonight.

I just found enough 3/4" at the bottom of a box to finish the 2 pairs of shorts. At least I can get something done tonight now.
