dentist Calling all Fabric Whisperers, I need your help!

I got this rockin' cool (at least I think it is LOL) sweater knit from ebay and I'm DYING to make something with it. I think she said it was acrylic and I just snipped off a swatch and put it in the washer with some other fabric on HOT and it seems to wash well. Sooooo, what should I make Sophie with it? FWIW, I have 4 yards so I'll have plenty to make her something in the autumn too. I was thinking a hoodie? Any good pattern recs? Or what about a jumper type thing?

Does this speak to anyone?

I think it would make a great hoodie.... I had one for Satori when she was a baby and I LOVED it. Don't forget a front pocket. The ballerina sweater sounds great too.

Ohhh that's a great idea! I'm loving the corduory skirt. But the fabric is green, just thought I should mention that.

With matching leg warmers.

Are those little nubbies on the fabric? Does it have texture?

I think it would make a really cool skirt for you. A nice straight shaped, tailored looking skirt with a neutral colored top.

Great fabric!

I love the ideas folks gave you... here's another...

I see a hooded cape with a leaf shaped clasp at the collar.

on the leg warmers, mars -- but I'm not sure that's gonna happen.

Yes, it has little nubbies -- the white and the darker green. And I just got my scrap out of the dryer and it's oooohhhhh soooooo sooooooftttt!!

Nice thought about the skirt. I need to lose some lb's though, before I start making anything other than comfy pants for these buttocks.
