Two silly fabric questions

1. Do you think PRR beach stripes should be dyed? I just can't decided. Do light pink or leave it white?

2. Is summer a dumb time to sew up the Munki foxes? I have a coordinating burnt orange, olive green, and even some cute leaves to make ponytail holders that matches perfect. Should I hold off until fall?

These are the questions weighing heavy on my mind today.

I'm unsure of dying...I would do light yellow or light pink. Meagan's lime green also looked good.

Yes - dumb to sew up foxes right now...it screams fall/winter/coziness to me...but just my opinion, lol!

What if I made it with short sleeves but long pants? I really can only stock the store one more time with summer clothes before I have to switch to fall anyway, maybe I should hold off until next stocking.

Of course, when that time rolls around my urge to use foxes may have passed and it will sit on the shelf for another year...

Can you do long sleeves and post them for sale in a month? That way people can get a head start on fall clothing?

I'm sure there are tons of people out there who would buy them in short sleeves...they are rather charming :0) I'm just weird about colors and seasons...don't listen to me, lol!

Yes, summer is definitely a dumb time to sew up munki foxes. In fact.. anytime is a dumb time to sew up munki foxes. Instead, you should just send it all to me.. because you REALLY don't like munki foxes. You just THINK you do. Really!

Well...

I can't decide about my beach stripes. I think I might just leave both pieces like they are. Yellow is a close possibility though. I just don't know... I was going to cut it about a month ago and I just couldn't decide.

The foxes...I think you should wait until the fall.

I think if you feel the URGE to sew the foxes, you should sew them now Not sure about the stripes, I was pondering the same thing yesterday, LOL!

I wouldn't sew up the foxes right now. Its definitely a fallish fabric to me and even if you were planning ahead for fall, styles may be totally different by then, you never know. Think about how fast you fell in love with that cross over shirt?

As for the stripes. I really love them white. But if not white, lime would be my preference.

Usually I think dyeing most PRR is a good idea. In this case, I would say no though. I think it looks nice in white.

I would wait until the fall. It's definitely a fall fabric IMO.
