how did i come across the
thread about this? was it recent or was i looking way back???
at any rate, it was awesome to find and I wanted to try it right THEN, but since it was after midnight, thought it better to sleep first.
So, today, it was on my to-do list.
the rest of that list, btw, was: finish dh's pajama shorts for his bday TOMORROW, and make a tutu for my cousin who will be 4 at the end of the month, and try to make a pair of
wrap pants .

tutu - well, the gathering part is done and i'm making the waist like an apron so they can tie it on and adjust the size as needed.
wrap pants - getting directions now
and.... the bandana pants are:
capris for my 5yo:
and cut waist shorter to be shorts on my 3.5yo:
very simple to make and the kids love them!!!!
