Hanna knit t-shirt dress SNS

This little dress is made out of Swedish-made Hanna Andersson knit. I like how it came out, besides the fact that my twin needle (the only in the house) started to mess with me towards the end.

Do you think this knit would work on an adult too? I have a cool Burda pattern and it calls for striped knit. It's not too baby-sy is it? I just love the purple/turquise combo.
