What thread do you use for a rolled hem?

On wovens?
on Knits?

I am starting to wonder if I should be using woolynylon to make it look better?
(talking about on clothes mostly)

I don't do too many rolled hems on wovens, so I use whatever matches best, lol. But I always try to use woolly in the upper looper for knits.

I just started doing rolled hems and I don't have anymore wooly so I have been using my regular thread and it looks fine

I just started using Maxilock and Maxilock Swirls and it looks fine. I still love to use woolly nylon though. It really fills in the "gaps" and makes it look really nice. It looks a bit more plump than regular thread and is especially good to use if you are wanting an accent color on the hem. It really stands out.
