What an exciting morning!!!

So this morning I decided to make a trip to my Janome dealer to get the gathering attachment that I want for my new serger (634D which arrived from AllBrands 2 days ago). We make the hour drive and get there while the UPS man is unloading his truck. hmmm.... So I go inside and get my attchment and then the UPS man walks in with a bunch of machines. Tami, my dealer (lol), says, "wait, I think your machine might be here."

I turn and look at hte 10+ boxes. On the bottom is one that says, "Janome 1000CP"

MY MACHINE!!!!!!

So, I got there right on time. I decided to come home and play with both new machines.

Oh, also this morning I hear a honk in the driveway... the mail lady. She hands me a package. It's 21 yards of PRR. (giggle) Then as I am turning to take it to the house, she tells me to wait, I have another! That was 6 yds of fabric from Kazoots Kids Wear!

Right now the Kazoots stuff is going in the dryer and some of the 3 way dye stripes I got earlier this week is going in the wash. Oh, and then some of the PRR.

I am so excited... Hopefully I will have a sew and show later using both of my new machines!

sigh... the afternoon made up for it.

Adam puked on the way home earlier... but then he was eating and was ok, so I went to WalMart to get groceries and also to get "Racing Stripes" for the kids so I can play with my machines. On the way to WalMart I started seeing floaties - thought they were bugs flying around, actually. So I took my migraine med. Headache wasn't bad at all... just seeing things. But then after about 20 minutes in WalMart (which is 30 minutes away, so I wasn't about the waste the trip) I almost passed out. I had to actually get down on one knee and hold onto Austin. Adam and Lauren kept fighting and unbuckling in the cart. nate was oblivious (as always). After about 5 minutes of putting my head down and crouching on the floor, I asked a worker there if there was any way he could please get me a bottle of water, I was about to pass out. he did. He helped me get myself and hte cart to a bench where I downed the entire bottle of water. I finished up my shopping because I was there... but I will not be taking all 4 kids shopping with me again. sigh... I can deal at home without dh, but this having to do everything without having him to keep a couple here and there... this is for the birds. :P

So, even though the kids were atrocious... I got them Racing Stripes so that I might be able to actually lay down without them destroying something.

Then on the way home... Lauren puked. And she wouldn't stop talking about it. It was mostly the stuff that has ben in her chest making her so congested and coughing so badly... not like sick to your stomach puke. But she wouldn't stop talking about it. She wanted Adam to trade her booster seats because hers was now wet with puke. She wanted to take off her clothesbecause she got puke on them. puke puke puke. And when she starts talking, she doesn't stop... ever... and she talks LOUD. (PULLING OUT MY HAIR!)

And my Mom isn't here this weekend. wahhhh. I just wanna crawl in bed and not come out for a week. I have a full fledged migraine now, and I think I am going ot be sick to my stomach any second. blech.

Off to get the movie started and try to sleep for a while. I just want to play with my machines!!!!
