I haven't been, but I asked one of the ladies at my Mill End store about it. She had seen FOE there, and told me, 'it was $1/yd, can you believe it?!' She also said that it was really crowded and not a lot of bargains.

But that's just what she said - haven't been myself.

So, do you think all us Wisconsin/MN mamas ought to have a little get-together? I'd love to go down to Madison, but maybe you all would rather come to EC to go shopping!

BTW - I so enjoyed meeting you, Monday, Caroline! There's nothing like fabric shopping with another obessed fabricholic / enabler...

Yeah, I'm dying to check that place out as well!

And no, I've never been to the Nancy's Notions sale. Maybe someday.

The only Mill End Textiles in Wisconsin is in Eau Claire. You're lucky in the Cities though - don't they have like 5 or 6 of them around the metro?

Hey ladies, next month the glitter glue princess and I are taking the ferry from michigan to milwaukee, then to minneapolis for some fabric shopping time. (DH HAS to go to some pink floyd thing in Chicago over memorial day weekend, so we are using up my old hotel stay points to go - just us girls.) Are there any "can't miss" stores en route?
