Hey Hastings! East/West challenge question

how are we handling UFO's and recycle jobs?

I have some diaper covers that I still need to finish up and I also have some linen dress shirts that are supposed to be morphed into dd's summer dresses. Will these count toward my yardage usage or do you have some way you want to handle these?

THanks,
Sarah

For the recycled stuff, just count the yardage of the pattern (just estimate how much yardage you would have needed if starting from scratch if there's no real pattern) I always have issues wth this one too since I am a thrift store junky lol.

UFO's-- ooh a tuffy. I'm going to issue a bonus here since I know how hard these are to deal with and there's really not oodles of time to create new ones. You can have the TOTAL YARDAGE of a ufo just as if it was a new project. Maybe it'll clean out a few lol.

ok great! If I participate I really need to sew things off my to-do list. I already made all the sheets, blankets, curtains, flat fold diapers that we'll ever need during the last stash game. So for this challenge I'll be doing 'real' sewing and those are a few of the items I need to do
