ISO SnS for wrap skirt

It was posted recently and was for a girls skirt. Elastic in the back and all other edges hemmed. I wanted to check the measurements.

That's it! Thank you for pulling that up for me. I want to make one for my neice. She is 10 yo and wears a size 10L pants. How would I go about sizing it up for her? Do I need her waist measurement?

If you go down to the bottom of the thread I wrote out how I figured sizing. LMK if that isn't clear. You will need several measurements.
