nursing top patterns

I cant seem to find any plus size nursing top patterns on line...does anyone know of any? Would it be hard to alter a pattern for that purpose?

I don't know of any, I just alter two of my fave shirts patterns - the easiest is to basically make two "fronts" and then cut the top layer "front" down to a nursing overlay. I also have altered mine into the t-top style nursing shirt. I think my fave is a I morphed two KS patterns into a nursing hoodie.

I have a KS t-shirt pattern that I've turned into several different styles of nursing shirts and then I have a Burda peasant top pattern that I turned into a nursing shirt and it's probably the biggest staple of my nursing shirts.

I have several at home. They all came from www.elizabethlee.com . I'll post pics if you want (when I get home from school) and you can see if there's anything you like. For that matter, I already have several made that I'm no longer using, if you're interested in those.
