I am not an expert or anything, but when I sew with it, I just try to keep absolutely no tension on the fabric feeding under the foot, and actually try to keep it loose, by pushing the fabric forward faster than it is feeding through....it seems to work pretty well.

Thanks Murali. My sewing machine doesn't have that adjustable tension thingy (at least I don't think it does) so it just seems to stretch the hell out of this fabric......

I never do the adjustable tension thing, either...I meant I don't hold onto the fabric, except to keep it going in a straight line, and then I also try to push it through gently as it feeds through....I dunno, it seems to work for me!

I just sew it likt a really stretchy knit. I push it trough if I had too. It will stretch out of shape somewhat but when you wash it it will get all wrinkly again.

That is if you are talking about crinkle guaze type woven but I have dont the same with the crinkle knits too.
