I really need one and have paypal to spend.

I'm making those "Catalina" skirts for my sister (now sisters and friend) and I need 1/4" biased (ok not biased but you know) for the waist. The first one I did by hand. But I'm not going to do the next dozen by hand.

anyone? I could have sworn that some of us who bought them didn't like them.

I can use a coupon at JA's so it's not a big deal. But I'd love to take an unused one off someones hands if they have them laying around kwim?
