ebay binders for CS - a link for brother

I found this link at pattern review. She uses "blu tack" the stuff you use to put posters on the walls. I don't think my bed is big enough to hold it that way, but IIRC stephanie said one of the screw holes in the bernina one matches up with it so maybe with one screwhole and some tack stuff i could get it to work

She's in Australia. When we were discussing binders on that list (btw, I enabled her...LOL!), she tried it out. Everyone in England and Australia knows what that blue stuff is, but many people on the list have searched for that stuff in the US and have not been able to find it. We have poster puddy, but its not as sticky.

I'm a little confused. Would the binder work on the Bernina or just the Brother? I've got a Bernina 009 (I think) that I bought a couple years ago and I never ever use it.

Well, it will work, but you have to figure out how to attach it. Brother makes a binder for their coverhem, but Bernina does not. I saw someone attach a binder to the new Janome with "L" brackets, I don't know if that would work or not. I can't remember if the Bernina has screw holes in the bed of the machine.

bernina does have 2 screwholes on the bed but potentially not in the right spot or maybe only one of them works.

i think the screws are there for the turn fellar that I just found out that bernina makes. I must get one to help me turn knits as right now I measure and press every hem

LOL well I used a fair amount at Uni too -- sticking up New Order and OMD posters (did I just date myself?), but I was only there a year before I went to teacher-training college -- that was where I went through the stuff like crazy.
