Talking *PIC ADDED* SCORE! i found a local fabric outlet

i'm on cloud 9 today, i found the absolute most coolest place - and it's only 30mins from me!!! it's an outlet of sorts, the lady said they never know what they're getting in and to check back frequently! i'll add pics of my haul from today after awhile i got probably 100yds of foe (75 were of cream color to dye, the really nice 1/2 stuff that i've hoarded in white lol), some lace, some ruffle edged elastic, a green kinda batiky sheep print, some home decor fabrics and some cotton knit for $50...i'm giddy w/ excitement my mil is dying laughing at me for being so excited lol
anyways, they've got TONS of awesome homedecor fabs (some current ones too!) for 6.98/yd...i think that's the most expensive thing in the store...they've got 100% silks, sherpa, 60" stretch lace fabric (several colors, but i couldn't figure out what the heck i'd do w/ it that wide lol)...denim galore...wovens and flannels till my eyes were blurry lol...can you say heaven?
i'd never seen foe at an irl store, so this was shocking - they had a ton of colors...lots of decorative edged elastics too!

eta, the pale blue knit shown is a 100% cotton interlock (did a burn test and was amazed at the findings!!!) that's lightweight - perfect for summer...i'm going back to buy the bolt, it was only 2/yd!
also, that spool of cream foe has 75yds on it supposedly...i found it after i'd pd for everything else...when i asked the lady to cut me some i'd thought of only getting 20yds, but when i realized the whole spool would only be 7.50, i asked her to give me the whole thing lol...she let me have it for THREE DOLLARS!!!

if anyone has specific requests i can go back and look to see what they have...i'm going back tomorrow to get more ruffled edge elastic and foe (they've got lots of colors)

Wow, that is great. I would be jumping up and down and giggling too. I love it when you find a store like that. Sarah

Wow, I have that exact same paisley curing in my stash back in storage in the States! Tell me what you plan on making with it, cause I keep pulling it out, and can never make up my mind!

Love the rose stuff, too!

Very cool, nice haul! I love the paisley! I found a similar store local to me a few months ago and I was in totaly heaven. They dont' turn over much so it's no use to go very often, but I found 100% cotton velvet, woolens and wool jersey, nice wovens (some fairy prints), drawstring elastic, and MM fleece. Heaven I tell ya, Heaven. And nobody there has any idea that there's good stuff in that store. LOL

I am doing a happy dance for you! I would buy some of the light blue cotton knit, but DH put me on a "NO MORE PACKAGES!" fast for a LONG time.

Sorry! The paisley stays! I am in love with it, too! I love the bag idea; I have been eyeing peoples s&s's, and wondering where I could find a really cool fabric for the lining. Now I just have to get back to the States and haul it out of storage! LOL

I would love the matching pants and headscarf idea for dd, but she doesn't like the fabric. Oh, well, her loss!

What a great find. If you go back I would love some of FOE and decrative elastic and any boxer elastic. I so need some foe in girlie colors. I would spend about 20.00 worth if you go back. Just let me know I can pp you. You can do the piken on colors and what not. Just think girls

Colored sherpa maybe in pink and lavender if it is cheap like 2-3 a yard.
