Waldorf doll sew along - getting started

Okay tomorrow, I'll be posting pics of making the head of the doll. But today, here's what you can do to get ready.

Go ahead and have the doll skin cut out from the pattern I had put up. Cut approximately 10-12 inches of stockinette, or if you're using a t shirt knit type material - cut a piece approximately 3 inches x 10-12 inches and sew it up into a tube.

Tomorrow you will need:
the head piece of skin tone
about 10-12 inches of stockinette
some stuffing
embroidery thread in your eye color and lip color,
regular hand sewing needle - make sure it's sharp
dollmaking needle
cotton string
