"Master, which is the greatest commandment in the law?
Jesus said until him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And, the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments have all the law and the prophets."
I committed to doing a craft show, so I need to get my hiney busy sewing for that. But before I can start that I have to finish all the tiny baby stuff I going on my machines. Baby will be here anytime now... LOL... I'm a slacker!
Once Baby is here I'll make a detailed list for the show.
Wrote mine down on paper too. Will come back and edit this post with the list.
Two that I know are on it:
~denim blanket from old jeans 5/28: gave that box of denim to Mom & Aunt Teresa - they'll have more fun with it
~dresses for DD and 4 nieces for birthdays 5/28: DD & 1 niece done, two are December bdays and one September(I want to gift them in the summer though)
9/29: on hold indefinitely. Possibly one more dress for DD for Christmas.
~Barbie holder, like this one but bigger
~Littlest Pet Shop critter baggie - she has over 100 of them now! 9/29: she has a dedicated drawer in their toy shelf now, I won't be doing this for the LPS critters.
~tea party stuff holder 9/29: she doesn't have much tea party stuff anymore either, so this too is off the list!
~reusable tea bags
~M5421 for me 5/28: bought fabric today to make two! 9/29: well, the fabric has been washed and dried... I should be able to make these by November.
~new aprons for me and DD 9/29: I finished DD's apron a couple months ago, and hope to make a new one or two for myself for Christmas.
added 3/13:
~dress for me, found some cool blue batik fabric in my stash! 9/29: pushed back to my next birthday, May of next year.
Also currently cutting 3" squares out of *every* piece of fabric I have.
3/13: This part is going very slow. It's more like a 'backup' project so that I can get a few done when I get the itch but don't have the time 9/29: so I have two lap quilts planned out from these squares now. One is pinkish and flowery, for DD; the other is going to be for DH and me, probably about a picnic-sized throw, and likely won't finish it completely until next year. These are still just laying around as 'backup' for when I don't have much time or motivation to work on other things.
I don't even know what will happen with them, but I have enough of a few colors that DH sees a new blanket for our bed. He has the eye for that kind of stuff! Yep, he did help with square placement. He's my very own color wheel.
Sewing
A whole bunch of wristlets( thinking 10 as a small goal)
Drapes for kitchen, bedroom and kids room
an apron for me
some spring/summer clothes for theids
diapers for sebastian

Awesome idea! I'm going to sub to this and keep track.
Knitting
*Make two pairs of socks for myself- wound yarn for this
*Make one pair of wrist warmers for myself- -=done=-
*Make each child a pair of mittens for next year
*Make Atticus one pair of longies and three shorties 2 out of 3 done, third pair is almost done!
*Finish Atticus's sweater -=done=-
*Finish Sophie's slippers for Valentine's day. 1 slipper is 80% done.
Sewing
*Make throw pillows for the couch- bought fabric for this -=done=-
*Make covers for the ginormous floor pillows
*Make Sophie three skirts with my own pattern- redrafted pattern
*Make Sophie's best friend a skirt with my pattern, but drafted to her measurements
*Make a new wallet/card pouch
*Make Sophie an eyeglass case. Maybe for Easter?
*Make curtains for Sophie's dollhouse. My dad found miniature curtain rods and already hung them in there. It's just too cute!
General Craftiness
*Make some more freezer paper stencil shirts. The kids love them.
*Reusable snack bags
*Nature walk bag for Sophie. This will hold her camera, bird field guide, binoculars, colored pencils and drawing paper. She uses a regular bookbag now and the zipper and material make a lot of noise, which scares whatever she's looking up away. I think I may make the bag drawstring. This will be one of her birthday gifts.
*Work on making furniture and stuff to fill up her dollhouse. I know I want to make a braided rug for the living room.
Unplanned Projects
Kleen Kanteen cover for me -=done=-
Knitted longies for D's babe -=done=-
I got some not so great news Monday at PT....I feel ya.
added to my list but wanted to ask:
meg, please tell me about reusable snack bags and freezer paper stencil shirts, and wallet card pouch. Is the pouch small w/ a zipper or button to hold CCs and the like? (side note, what doll house does sophie have - i think that it is fabulous that you are making rugs, furniture, etc.. and now I am inspired to do the same for the girls when they get their first house)
You all are WAY too organized for me - I can never think that far in advance!
My current goals are - finish knitting scarf for DH DONE; make quilts for Mindi's girls DONE; Eventually make more shorts DONE and trousers for the boys; eventually make more PJs for the boys. Eventually could run into September - who knows? and there will probably be some more stuff in there too, but my goals are very wishy-washy.
{{{Jessica & Ashley}}}
Adding that I also want to finish knitting a baby quilt, and re-bind my DS's quilt that he picked apart.

Tara - last year I found the awesomest apron! I made one for me (gets near daily use), one for Mom, and one for my friend. I don't even have a serger
Free pdf pattern, scroll down to Scalloped Apron. I think I can find a picture of me wearing mine...

I can't answer about the reusable snack bags.
But here's a tutorial for the freezer paper stencils. I've made lots of them for various things--they rock!
