Sewing a didymos type sling???

A while back someone (Scarlet??) sent me a link on how to make a didymos type sling. My hard rive crashed and now I can't find it!?

Here is a link to a rebozo that is used like a didymos.

I made my didy out of 4 yards of fabric that I split in half lengthwise and hemed. It took no time or thought at all.

I used this to make a didymos style sling, and we LOVE it!!

I made one significant change though, I cut the strips on the bias, so I got the benefit of the bias stretch and give. I took 3.25yds and cut it to make 3 bias strips 26 inches wide, then pieced them together. It is very comfy in the cross front carry with my 11 month old.

Oh, i used thin cotton batik.
