Cool! Thanks for the picture tutorial!! Now I have very little excuse *not* to turn the cute coordinating flannel and woven Christmas prints I just picked up into 3 pr. of reversible pants. Woohoo, I'm excited that it shouldn't take an hour each pair.

Thanks........also wanted to mention it did take me longer than 20 mins to do them cos I trimmed seams and pressed the side seams and also pinned a lot lol. But I know most of you'll experienced seamstresses (?) don't really do those and especially if you're using a serger for these it would be real fast.

Well, I don't count myself as experienced (other than making cloth pads which I've got down to a science) but I don't usually use many pins if I can get away without it. I end up taking more time serging because with the 4 thread mock chain stitch (I think it's called) it's really not a sturdy seam so I run a straight stitch along the inside edge for more strength. That ends up adding to the time. But still...this layout you gave is much faster than the way I had been doing it in the past (which is why I've only ever made 2 pair and that was 2 years ago!!!).
