Instructions for fleece throw/quillow?

Someone mentioned that they made these for holiday gifts (Sarah? Shannon? Can't remember...). Is it just a throw with a pocket you can stuff the blanket into? Can you give a brief run down of how you did it with approx. dimensions? I am swimming in fleece and flannel, and this is a great fast and easy sounding gift idea.

TIA!!!

I did tons last year. I did them 44" by 60". The pocket was about 14" by 14", and I did 1 layer of each of the fabrics, serged three edges with right sides facing, turend inside out and topstitched the top edge. Lined it up at the center bottom of one of the bigger pieces, sewed it on, leaving a hole at the top for the pocket, LOL. Then serged the bigger pieces right sides together, leaving a big space on one side to turn. Then turned and topstitched alla round. Really easy and quick, and people LOVE them!!
