Click the restore down button, the little square by the red X in the top right hand corner.

Also, try right clicking in the grey area and selecting (putting check marks by) your toolbars, esp Menu and address bars.

yeah, it's one of the F keys.. lol i can never recall which oen it is, so i press a few & it does the trick ~ lol 10 or 11 i think, like mentioned above.
