my disk drive keeps getting stuck....

I put a CD in it, I try to get it out, it won't come out.... and for the next three weeks it keeps trying to open and it wont...

Any ideas?

Have you tried the paper clip trick to get it open?

There is a little hole under the slot for the cd or dvd drive, and if you stick a bent paperclip, (I use a dull needle) it will make the tray slide out, or go in. If that doesn't jolt the drive back into reality, try going into the Devive Manager (Control Panel> System> Hardware) and uninstalling the drive through Windows. Windows should "find" it again on a reboot.
