I am a PC gal (most of the time) and DH is a PC man. I like their ease of use and ease of upgrade, HOWEVER, if I was doing what I am supposed to be doing (writing books and doing layouts using spiffy software) I'd want a MAC! I used a MAC in college for work on the newspaper and to do my work at home (when I lived with my MAC loving friend). I can't say I will ever LOVE Mac, but I do love it for publishing.

Well it would be nice to be able to vote for more than one. We have both a Mac and a PC. Love the Mac, hate the PC, hence the reason we got the Mac, too many problems with the PC.

Exact same as the above.

We went through three PCs and a PC laptop that all were pieces of junk, riddled with spyware (despite virus programs), crashed constantly, conflicting programs causing "Illegal operations" that shut it down all the time, etc.

I finally got my eMac and have NOT ONCE had a problem. It is AWESOME

I use my brain. I can’t say I love it or hate it, really. It seams to slow down when I try to process too much information at once, and it takes forever to remove viruses! Upgrading is impossible ( it is a pretty old model), but there is a lot of nice software for it, in fact I have different software for every season! Memory isn’t really an issue, it has none. Oh yeah and it has the WORST spell checker!

ROFL That made me laugh out loud.

I have a mac. This poll stems from an argument I had with someone who loves her PC. i told her she was weird, no one loves a PC. I guess many of you have proved me wrong.

When i had a PC we had a hate hate realtionship. I have permanent memory loss from banging my head into it when it kept eating everything I saved.

We are a Mac family and we LOVE them. I use an older iMac from 1999 and it runs like a top! Never had any problems with it. I love not having to worry about viruses and all that crap! Honestly, I think the only people that love their PCs have never owned a Mac.

I miss having a Mac...When dh and I got a new computer after my Mac died (after many, many, many years of tireless service), my mom and dh convinced my that a pc was the way to go.

I've had a pc since 1996 - well to be truthful, I've gone through 3 P.C.s! The darn things are always breaking down and are so annoying. Right now I don't have my own computer - I'm using dh's laptop (a PC) now. I've tried to convince him that I should get a Mac again, but he's not convinced. He thinks it will be more trouble than it's worth.

I would NEVER go to a PC full time. Ever. We have three Macs and a Dell. The Dell never gets used, despite the fact that it's the newer computer.

I never have crashes, never have viruses or spyware problems, never have problems period. I find my Macs easy to upgrade in both software and hardware, and I use my computer all of the time.

I couldn't be paid enough to use a PC. Blech.

I voted I love my Mac, but really we have a love hate relationship. I love my Mac for graphics, but sometimes it is a pain on the web b/c so many sites are built for PC's, Homestead is an example. My DH hates the Mac.

Another Mac family here.

Love our Macs. Haven't really owned a pc but that's what I used in school for many years and dh taught me that computers don't necessarily have to be the enemy.
