Question Is there a way to get scratches off DVDs ?

Keaton's new dvd is sticking during one scene so obviously it's scratched. Is there anything that we can do to remove the scratches. I know there is a place in the city that claims to fix scratched video games for $5. Will I have to do this to our movie?

They have a thing called Disk Doctor that works on mild to moderate scratches.

I have also heard toothpaste works as long as it is past and not gel.

Another thing that can cause a dvd to skip is being dirty with light fingerprints and stuff some dvd players are very touchy
