Please help! my computer is going nuts!
I don't know what went wrong. First I started getting tons and tons of pop up ads, then the computer started to automatically download stuff that I didn't ask it to. I istalled MacAfee - didn't do enough, my dh added two other programs which I think did no good at all, changed MacAfee to Norton, installed Adaware.
Now, still getting popups with downloads that I didn't ask for, iternent explorer seems to automatically start when I hook up to the internet, and hyperlinks (I think that's what they are called) do not work. My computer just quits responding and I have to shut down the program.
Oh, the computer has been very, very slow - so we added 512 something to the memory, but it is still acting slow.
Please, oh please can someone help???
