eye ball Can someone clue me in please? Copy and paste from another thread

I am wanting to transfer one of my posts to another thread without having to type it all over again. I have heard people say that you can cut and paste it but I have no clue how to do it Help?!

Here is one way to do it:

Goto old post and click edit
put your cursor somewhere in the old post
at the top of your browser go to "edit -> select all"
then do "edit -> copy"
then hit the "cancel changes" button at the bottom of your post
then go to the post that you want your old post in
start a new post
put your cursor in the post box
do "edit -> paste"

Yeah it feels great! I'm pretty sure I can now leap tall buildings in a single bound! LOL!! It's kinda funny though, I visited a doctor recently and told him about the birth of my 11lb baby and his comment was "wow! you must have a great pelvis" LOL I just had to laugh to myself. If he only knew that I had been told years earlier with my first DD who weighed in at 6lb 12oz. that I could not deliver her naturally because "My pelvis was too small". So they had to do an emergency c-sec.
I really think they are all a little too focused on the pelvis. Anyway, It really just made this birth all the sweeter
