Here is a copy and paste of Dana's earlier post. No need to email her she knows and is working on it. If she doesn't answer emails that just means she's working hard to get the files restored.

Sorry everyone, got in super late last night after a family Christmas gathering and found the mess. Fortunately (not that it makes it any less frustrating) only the indexes were affected and all other files should be intact, but its all index files on all sites, including subdirectories so its going to take a little time to completely fix it...
We are working on it all as quickly as possible but I can't give any definite time line for it all, we have gotten up quite a bit of the main indexes for each site already (and if thats the only index file your site has it should be fine) but still have to do all sub-directories on all sites which is what will take the longest as their are so many to do. We will use the most recent server backup files but these could be out of date of whatever your most current indexes were. Please anyone who owns a website - take this as a reminder to back you site up often yourself. Those of you who host through me this can be done quickly and easily through your cpanel.
For those of you with sites hosted with me, if you do have your own backups of your files you can speed things up for your own site by reuploading *any and all* index files, including index.php index.html index.htm etc. no matter the format.
I apologize to everyone again.
