I downloaded the Shipping Assistant and am having trouble Displaying the label to print it. When I click on Display label it says that there is a problem displaying it and that I have to use an external application to view it. Then the Display label button completely disappears. So I'm not able to print out any labels. I'm trying to use this for Parcel Post, so I can't use the other program.

I have no clue what external program I'm supposed to be using...or how to go about doing it.

Any ideas?

you need adobe acrobat reader. www.adobe.com

I do have adobe acrobat reader - two versions of it. I know that someone was helping me with my computer a couple of months ago - disengaging (is that the right word?) all the start up programs...so I'm wondering if that's it. How do I make it automatic?

Ok - I just update my adobe acrobat reader & I still can't get the labels to display and it still gives me the same error message. No help from the online manual either.

How do I get my image display module to work?

what version of windows do you have?

You can try this:

open windows explorer (not internet explorer) and goto Tools-> Folder Options and the "File Types" tab.

Scroll down to "PDF" and click advanced.

In the "actions" box highlight "open" and click "edit"

In the "application used to perform action" field make sure it says:

"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" "%1"

Assuming you have acrobat 5.0. Be sure to include the quotes.
