Oatmeal with Cream Soaker

I made this for a mama over at SM who is due any day with a little boy. It is only my 2nd soaker and I think I did pretty darn well. DH commented how impressed he was that I could take a ball of yarn and knit it into something so complicated looking. That was a nice compliment.

I love it. I'm sure your friend will, too.

My DH comments on that also. I'm glad I can still impress him with something, LOL.

I morphed a couple patterns together.

The waistband ribbing is 14 rows of 2x2 ribbing.
The rest of the soaker is pretty much the free Curly Purly soaker pattern except I did the short rows differently.
