I love the red!
How did you get so nice dark colors?

I could use some advice since I will dye some on Wednesday. I have a bunch of natural wool and I thought I'd make lots of nice shades of reds and oranges and then I'll have some nice yarn to knit dd a stocking with fair isle patterning.

Gorgeous! Thanks for the link. I really want to try this! I love the fact that the Kool Aid is cheap...and with KnitPicks yarn this could really make for economical knitting!

I was just at Thriftway yesterday (don't usually shop there) and they had a TON of KA flavors including the popular ones like Arctic Green Apple, Berry Blue, and Tamarindo. If you need help getting KA colors, LMK and I can pick some up for you. There is no sales tax in DE so you save even more.

BTW, I called Hobby Lobby and I must have been dreaming up the 9" cables. Shortest is 12"

Thanks for the link. I have used Kool-Aid before and i was happy with the results, I just needed the tip to darken the colors and now I know how
I'll go to look for Tamarindo flavor today
