thank you

yeah it's dip dyed. the way i did it is i prepared a medium mixing bowl with a blue dye bath in it (boiling water, vineager, dye) then i set the bottom end of the soaker in the bowl...with the other end proped up so it did start dripping on the counter.

about 20-30 minutes later i took the soaker out and microwaved the dy for 3 minutes. then put the soaker back in it.

once most of the color had come out of the water i gently squeezed otu the soaker and prepared a purple dye bath turned the soaker over and left the top end in with a fair amount of overlap.

after repeating the process with the purple i soaked it in straight vinegar for 20 or so minuetes and then gently squeezed it out again. I then put the whole thing in a stock pot on top of a veggie steamer with an inch or two of water in the botom and steamed it for 45 minutes

oh yeah and i dyed the drawstring w/ the bottom half and didn't string it until after it was washed and lanolized

Looks great! I love how the drawstring matches the bottom half, makes it really stand out.
