denise needles for magic loop knitting?

Are the cords on the Denise needles thin enough for magic loop knitting?

You can now buy extra long cords seperately, info here: http://www.knitdenise.com/faqs.cfm#faq11

I believe Marion got a Denise needle set for Christmas, she might be able to answer your question. I have to older set so the cords aren't exactly the same lenght anymore.

I've not had any experience with what you're talking about but the cords are pretty thin. I can't think of anything to compare them to! LOL
